Never been to this salon before and it's right down the street from me... wish I knew sooner. I had the best pedicure, ever in West Knoxville. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. She was so sweet and listened to how I wanted my nails cut and filed a certain way and she did exactly that! She must have massaged my feet, toes, legs and knees for 10+ mins each! I've never had a pedicure with a massage like that before! She was awesome! And I love my toes for once... lol!
I have tried many nail salons in Knoxville, but I keep coming back to Venus. They always do a good job, the facility is always clean, and the tools are always properly maintained and sterilized. I usually go during the week and have no trouble just walking in; they always try to seat you right away, even though they don't have a large staff. One of the things I really appreciate about Venus that puts it above other salons in the area is they have a HUGE selection of colors, and they're always getting more; they always have the new OPI collections soon after they come out. I absolutely love this salon! I am thankful to have found it after living here for four years I have been to several and this is by far a great place! Thank you to all the staff. V & Lilly thank you for caring for all the clients I notice it every time I am there you welcome everyone! ❤️
