Sarah was very nice and knowledgeable. I wanted a drastic change and she guided me down the best path to get close to where I wanted. If I ever return to Knoxville I will definitely schedule with her again.

I have used Urban Salon over the last several years for different services. I have had fashion color (a beautiful pale lavender), then a sassy red shade, and returned to my preferred shade of blonde. My hair has gone from long, to very, very short, and now is a cute long bob.I have been treated very well here over the years and will definitely be back again soon.
