    Absolutely love this gym! I joined this past summer and have seen such a difference in myself over the past few months. The atmosphere is so welcoming, personal, and motivating. All the trainers are so invested in your success and care about educating and sharing resources with you each and everyday. I have seen so much growth in myself and have been taught how to properly workout to avoid injury or pain. 1000% would recommend to anyone looking to start or further your fitness journey.

    THIS PLACE AND THESE TRAINERS!! Working out here has been the best experience I’ve ever had with working out/becoming more active. Somehow I’ve found myself enjoying the challenges that have come with consistency with workouts and I owe all of that to UTS family. I say this not to their own flattery— they are unmatched in character, compassionate and truly want what’s best for you and do well to meet you where you are at. I’m forever grateful, always impacted and constantly in awe of the generosity of the trainers. It’s worth every dime and every minute. ♥️

    I have been coming to this facility for 18 months and its exactly what I had hoped for when getting back into a regular routine. I actually look forward to getting into the facility and have increased my frequency because I enjoy it so much. The staff is fantastic, always supportive, friendly and safety minded. There's a place here for anyone on their journey, from a person brand new all the way to people in a routine with specific elevation goals.

We are a personal training gym that helps you build your entire fitness foundation and gain more energy, strength, and consistency in your routine, in just 12 weeks, without hurting...or we will train you for free until you do. Our 1-on-1 onboarding and fully customized coaching experience will help you stop the frustration of starting and stopping again on your workouts while building a framework that gives you the balance of training hard, avoiding restriction with your eating, and living a lifestyle that lets you regain confidence in your body without hurting every session or hating it. We help people troubleshoot building the ideal workout program for their current life and future goals.

Tuesday: 6:30AM - 8PM
Wednesday: 6:30AM - 8PM
Thursday: 6:30AM - 8PM
Friday: 6:30AM - 6PM
Saturday: 8AM - 1PM
Sunday: 12 - 4PM
