Harold is the best trainer I’ve worked with! He takes the guess work out of what to do at the gym and customizes each workout while always making sure you’re doing each exercise correctly. 10/10 would recommend!
My first encounter with weight lifting… coming from spin/barre classes only! Harold knows his stuff! My body was way more toned in less than 6 months (I go 3x a week). I feel stronger and have more energy! He is awesome!
Harold is a fantastic trainer! He knows so much about exercise physiology. I always trust him to answer my questions, correct my form, and adjust my workouts as needed. Highly recommend Harold.
