I came in thinking I was going to have to shave my whole head, my hair was down my back but matted to my scalp ??Not only was she able to get the matt out (in what had to be record time!) but she was able to restore and put life back into my hair! I could never thank Mrs. Carmen enough for her understanding, her patience and her amazing work! Trends on Parkside...Go see Carmen #13!!!
Beth St. Martin did a wonderful job on my hair! She made me feel very comfortable, and she was very knowledgeable about hair!
So, after about two months from my last visit I went back because she previously did a great job. I went back to get halo highlights and she left a giant orange chunk where I part my hair and my highlights are splotchy, and brassy. I feel like a calico cat. I go on Friday to get my hair fixed and I’m hoping Carmen will really make it better.
Carmen is one of the top color and styling experts in the region. She has created a welcoming, friendly environment at Trendz where I feel confident, respected and cared for. Her products and service are top-notch, and the customer always centered. I’ll never return to the noisy, crowded, assembly-line environment so prevalent at other salons. She also excels at mentoring and supporting the stylists who rent space at Trendz. Lots of happy customers and laughter. I leave feeling like a million bucks every time. Highly recommend!
