I was looking for a new stylist to do maintenance on my i-tip and tape-in extensions, I got lucky finding Carmen (13) upon my search around Knoxville. Her placement and attention to detail is unmatched. She did a great job. She is now my hair gal. Quirky, fun, and skilled. 12/10!
I came in thinking I was going to have to shave my whole head, my hair was down my back but matted to my scalp 😭😭Not only was she able to get the matt out (in what had to be record time!) but she was able to restore and put life back into my hair! Beth St. Martin did a wonderful job on my hair! She made me feel very comfortable, and she was very knowledgeable about hair!
So, after about two months from my last visit I went back because she previously did a great job. I went back to get halo highlights and she left a giant orange chunk where I part my hair and my highlights are splotchy, and brassy. I feel like a calico cat. I go on Friday to get my hair fixed and I’m hoping Carmen will really make it better.
