Beth St. Martin did a wonderful job on my hair! She made me feel very comfortable, and she was very knowledgeable about hair!
So, after about two months from my last visit I went back because she previously did a great job. I went back to get halo highlights and she left a giant orange chunk where I part my hair and my highlights are splotchy, and brassy. I feel like a calico cat. I go on Friday to get my hair fixed and I’m hoping Carmen will really make it better.
Carmen is one of the top color and styling experts in the region. She has created a welcoming, friendly environment at Trendz where I feel confident, respected and cared for. Her products and service are top-notch, and the customer always centered. I’ll never return to the noisy, crowded, assembly-line environment so prevalent at other salons. She also excels at mentoring and supporting the stylists who rent space at Trendz. Lots of happy customers and laughter. I leave feeling like a million bucks every time. Highly recommend!
Recently moved to Knoxville and had my first haircut here. It was more expensive than where I lived previously but I'm very happy with the result. For reference, I have 2B to 3A type hair. Megan respected my hair texture and knew how to work with it. She was very helpful discussing styling tips for my hair, not gatekeeping or pushing styling products. I would gladly go back for future haircuts.
