A friend of mine recommended Ms. Belinda when I told her that her hair look fabulous. So I called and left a message, she replied right away and wanted to see what I wanted done. I sent her a picture and got EXACTLY what I wanted at a great price. She is extremely nice, very knowledgeable about ALL hair care products, her shop is beautiful and it is family oriented with a kid play place. If you want great color, style, cut or hair products, then new visions is the place to go!!!!
