Tennessee Eye Care provides expert eye care services with a patient-centered approach. The practice is committed to delivering the best possible care to ensure healthy eyesight. Patients are greeted by a warm and friendly staff who make them feel comfortable and at home. The facility is modern, clean, and conveniently located. The doctors, including Dr. Ben H, are thorough, kind, and professional, providing exceptional care. The staff's kindness, care, and professionalism are praised, and the veteran-owned practice is highly recommended.
“May I put you on a brief hold?” 19 minutes later my call was answered. My appointments were at 9:15. I walk out of the office anywhere between 12:15 and 12:45. This has happened three times. Why put up with this ridiculously unprofessional and ill trained office staff? Because when you finally have your time with Dr Thomas you will receive stellar care and excellent results. She thoroughly addresses all questions and concerns.
Tennessee Eye Care charges $20 to provide you with your pupillary distance. The selection of frames is quite small and costs are higher than I've seen at comparable eye clinics.
I and my entire family have been going to TN Eye Care (which is now Knoxville Eye Care (KEC)) for 30 years! We have become friends with staff members over the years. We will continue to go there as long as we live. The facility is very new, modern, clean, and in a centralized location. Their kindness, care, and professionalism is amazing! KEC is veteran owned and run... it can't get any better than that.
