if I could I wouldn't even leave one star dr. Devine worst experience I've ever had an eye dr office. from the beginning to the end. as I am checking out, I gave him my card and he charges my card $75. He tells me that he didn't charge me so I go on to show him on my bank that he charged me $75. He tells me that he does not care so I called my bank and he asked to speak to my bank as well and that was fine. I gave him the phone and my bank tells him that yes it is a charge of the $75. He tells my bank that he doesn't care with me or them or saying . he was being rude to me in my bank so my bank I look at the manager and dispute the transaction of the... read full review

First of all, I want to say that Greg, Elisha and Dr. Devine are fabulous and patient. I called on Monday, 9/18/23 at a little after 2:30 pm and the woman I spoke to was simply rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and just mean. I called back to ask for her name for the purpose of this review. "Tammy". Just unduly impatient and rude.I usually only leave positive reviews and, maybe Tammy was having a bad day.
