The company who installed my AC unit (NOT TL Brooks), did not do it correctly. It has not worked properly since day 1. Every summer and winter the unit would break down and we’d be left without air or heat for days. That was until Mr. Brooks helped us. He was the FIRST heating and air professional out of several who correctly identified the problem and helped us fix it. My family and I are so thankful to have found this company!! Terry saved us over 2,000.00 when we moved here in April of 2023. We knew we needed to have a routine checkup on our air conditioning. We called a company and they told us we needed to pay $2000 for a multitude of different parts. The unit was only seven years old, and we knew that that could not be right since it was newer. We were referred to Terry. When he came out, he looked at it and told us there is nothing wrong. Showed us different parts that the other company wanted to charge for replacing that were in perfect condition. We have used TL Brooks for nearly 10 years. We have three homes that Terry has provided OUTSTANDING service for our HVAC systems. He is exceptional in his knowledge of HVAC and his commitment to providing us with the absolute best value. He helped us get at least 4 additional years out of our failing 20+ year old system (not a system he installed, but he serviced brilliantly). When it was finally time to replace all three units in our main home, Terry selected and expertly installed a wonderful system that has worked flawlessly.
