We couldn’t be happier with the work Keith and SRS Renovations did on our home. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The team was quick, professional, responsive, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Keith won us over with his wealth of information, transparency, attentiveness, patience and most of all, his client first mentality. We had a truly positive experience with Keith and his crew during a roof replacement. We have a hybrid log cabin that had some very specific concerns. He not only walked the roof himself, but also brought out his foreman and had him walk the roof to make sure none of our specialty siding needed to be cut away from the dormers. Prior to demo and installation, he went out of his way to find our specific sample boards and even placed them on the roof so we could stand back and look at them. His communication was frequent and transparent, and he was even on-site during the demo and installation.
