We brought several companies out to give us an estimate for demolishing a deck, moving a large 800-pound gazebo off of it, then reattaching the gazebo on a concrete patio. Smart Home Fix gave us a quick and reasonable estimate and were great with communicating as we work through all of the details of the project. Lizzie was very helpful over the phone and the crew showed up on time, did excellent work and we look forward to having them out again for future home projects!

We found Smart Home Fix and contracted for them to replace the shower in our master bathroom. The initial consultation was focused on what we wanted and needed. A visit to the showroom helped us envision all the available options which helped the design process. The estimate was clear and comprehensive. The crew sent to tear out and rebuild our shower was great - courteous, respectful, eager to answer questions and explain next steps. Most of all, they were highly skilled craftsmen. Overall, the price was reasonable, and the end result is beautiful. Couldn't be happier.
