I had issues with my HVAC unit. I reached out to shield because they installed the unit for me. They had the best and lowest quote for installation and they were honest and upfront about everything with me. I’d already been quoted twice the price they gave me multiple times.
Back to this service, I had problems this week with the unit. They came out same day, diagnosed and then repaired within days. Amazing customer service, amazing work, I trust this company and how often can a woman say that?
I truly appreciate all their hard work and the trust I can give that isn’t misplaced.
