I cannot say enough positive things about this team. I have not been to the dentist in almost 10 years (I know, I know), but from the second I called to the moment I came in to get my exam and cleaning done, everyone calmed my nerves so quickly. Kim is the receptionist that I have had the honor of chatting with both times I’ve been in and she is the kindest person I have encountered in the front of any business. Next, Lesa was my hygienist and she is just as close to human gold as you can get. She is so patient, gentle and so beyond kind. I had a wonderful experience at Sequoyah Dental Arts with Dr. McCall and her team. I have worked as a dentist outside of the United States and have about 20 years of experience in the dental field, so I truly understand and appreciate high-quality dental care. Dr. McCall was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. Her work was incredibly smooth and precise — honestly, I barely felt anything during the procedure.
She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the visit. Her skills, bedside manner, and professionalism were outstanding.
