I've gone here twice now and I've loved the experience and my cut both times. Carmen is an excellent stylist and made me feel safe and at home. The entire vibe of the shop was exactly in my comfort zone. Would recommend to absolutely everyone, but especially people looking for a safe and inclusive environment with wonderful service!

Update: I've gone here ever since! Zero regrets. Love my cut every time.

salon mercury is not only the best salon experience i have had, but it is also one of the best human experiences i have had. i reached out for help after depression had almost taken it all from me, my hair included. i was beyond embarrassed and ashamed to be witnessed in such a state, but all of that began to fade the moment i walked in the door. the salon itself is such a beautiful, cozy place filled with such wonderful and safe vibes. (and immaculate music taste!!) very woman and lgbtq+ friendly.

carmen greeted me and accepted my mess with nothing but kindness, support, and so much encouragement. there are not enough words to express my gratitude.
