Honest, reliable company. Does great professional work. We have used the restoration side for the interior of our home and the construction for the outside most recently the business owner met with us at our home on several occasions helping us decide on colors and styles very patient! We are law-enforcement, family, and very particular about who is on our property. We felt so comfortable with the management and crew of Rocky top. We left our garage door open for them to come and go and use to store their tools and saws. Pricing is fair and work was done in a timely manner and professionally would recommend 10 out of 10.
We had a dishwasher leak this past spring and our insurance company gave us a list of companies referred by insurers I researched the three and decided to contact Rock Top Restoration. What a great choice! They came out immediately, assessed the damage and started work. It took over 3 months to complete the removal of flooring, cabinets to restoring, but well worth the wait. Ally was the project manager for removing everything. She was great to work with and her crew was amazing (and very sweet with our granddaughter and all of her 4-year old questions). Rob was the project manager for installing. He was also great to work with and we appreciate his keeping us informed of each step. We did have a few bumps, but they worked with us very well. We had a few extra requests and they jumped right on those also. We could not have asked for a better company to come to our rescue. From project managers (Ally and Rob) to the crews that worked in our home, we are very pleased with them all and their work. My husband and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone.
They repaired our flood damage and went above and beyond our expectations . Thanks guys for an amazing job !!!
