It’s pretty sad to think that this man Dr. Jeter calls and harasses the staff at my place of work on a regular basis. Yelling at the teenage staff over things out of their control. Always rude and cold. Just a hateful rude man. I pray you find some compassion and kindness in your heart one day especially if animals are in your care.

Yesterday my cat started throwing up violently so I rushed her to the closest vet to my house. Without an appointment or any history at this vet, Dr. Jeter and his team rushed to get her in right away. They ran bloodwork and x-rays and treated her and when we got home, she started throwing up again. Dr. Jeter had me bring her in again right away and sedated her and did another x-ray, which he didn’t even charge me for. He just wanted to make sure she was okay. I can’t thank Dr. Jeter and his team enough for taking care of my girl and for being so kind to fit us in during an emergency. Needless to say, I will be switching all my veterinary needs to Rocky Hill Animal Hospital.

I feel fortunate to have such a fine veterinary hospital in the Rocky Hill neighborhood where I live. The vets and techs and office staff have all offered outstanding care for my dogs, both past and present at a very reasonable cost. My current pup trots right in the door without hesitation, knowing he will be treated with kindness.

Service is fine but bill was outrageous. We brought our cat in for a small issue and walked out with a $780 bill without being alerted of the upcoming costs. Will not return. I recommend you get quotes before you have tests done if they are not urgent.

Cannot recommend enough! Every single staff member is so wonderful to our pet and us (front desk, techs, doctors). They provide excellent and thoughtful care. Their communication is phenomenal to get us scheduled, keep us updated, and explain medical information. They provide reasonable cost-conscious treatment recommendations. We hit the jackpot on our first attempt to find a vet in Knoxville.
