I am visiting from out of state and decided I was going to check out all the record stores in Knoxville. I hate that this one ended up being second to last on my journey because it was definitely the best! The person working ( I assume the owner) was actually closing up when I walked in and was kind enough to let me browse for a bit. I think the few negative reviews about this place are just from people that can’t follow basic directions. I found him to be helpful and kind, not only to me but other patrons as well. Found Raven Records while visiting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Great shop, tons of posters, vinyl, buttons, vhs, and so much more.Found some rare originals: X-Los Angeles, Police, Beatles, & RamonesWill be sure to drop in again when in Knoxville area.
Excellent spot to get records. The guys here keep a great shop, are helpful, nice, and organized. On top of everything, they offer a great selection for great prices! I’ve been in a few times and I’ve never left emptied handed. Frankly, it’s hard for me to have self control in there, but I try. 10/10 would recommend, a great spot.
