I am enjoying my first visit to princess salon. Very professional and friendly from the greeting thru payment. Comfortable environment, chair has massage setting I like (kneading) and it actually works. A little more expensive than other salons in my area (west Knoxville) but I feel it is worth...still very affordable of course. I definitely recommend and will be back! I hesitate to put photo on b/c, ya know, feet aren't always attractive, but here is my final comment, I think they look GREAT. Amber was my pedicurist.

The staff here is extremely good at what they do, and very friendly. Plus, they take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously, and they take every precaution to keep their customers safeTheir shop is decorated nicely and has a low light, relaxed ambiance.Amber, Rachel & Tony are the staff members I am familiar with.I've used them regularly for 3+ years. I had a great experience tonight at Princess Nails. After so many bad experiences in other salons around Knoxville, it was a pleasant surprise. Rachel did my manicure and pedicure. She was super sweet and did a beautiful job. There was a gentleman there who also seemed really nice and smiled each time I looked his way. Such a refreshing change from other nail salons where staff look like they're so miserable and hate their jobs. This will be my nail salon from now on. Thanks again Rachel!! Five stars!!
