It was prom day/night for my Senior. He was out of town playing baseball and I missed the fact that Prestige closes at noon in Saturdays. I contacted someone with Prestige, explained the dire situation I found myself in which was completely my fault. The gentleman said that he couldn't let this young man, my son, (whom he had never met) be in such a situation on prom night. He dropped what he was doing and came directly to their store and allowed me to pick up my son's suit. Crisis averted and nobody was the wiser. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I will use their services for the rest of my life.
I always have a good experience with the professional staff at Prestige. I use the Rocky Hill location and the service is great. My items are ready as scheduled and the staff is very friendly. They project an attitude of appreciation. My clothing is always clean and pressed. They do handle leather sleeved jackets, which several others don't. That Letterman's jacket came out perfect. Thank you!
