Our AC stopped working over the weekend and the house was HOT. I got in touch with Premier Monday late morning and they were able to get a tech out the same day. Corbin came out diagnosed the issues, picked up parts and got it fixed the same day. Corbin was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and got the issue resolved quickly. We recently hired Premier Services Group (PSG) to do some HVAC work at our new house. We have two different HVAC units, one upstairs and one down. The upstairs unit was blowing air but wasn’t cooling. With the very high temperatures we’ve been experiencing in Knoxville already, it was insufferably hot on our second floor. I called Premier Services Group, hoping to get somebody out at least by the end of the week and to my extreme surprise, I was told they could have someone out later that day.
