I was tired of the burnt smell that happened every single time the heat turned on in the winter. Austin performed a furnace cleaning and found that the burners were covered in a fine layer of household dust. He cleaned the entire unit and also performed an air duct cleaning service to remove the dust from the vents. The smell disappeared immediately, and the heat feels much cleaner and more consistent. He was very polite and took the time to explain how to keep the system clean between services. I’m very happy with the results.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to the owner Randy. He is such a class act. He is honest and professional. He has come out on 3 occasions to keep our older system going. He's never pushy about getting a new system (even though we will go through him when we're ready). He replaced the coil in our current system and got it working great again! He's there for all of my AC questions and always makes himself available. If you're looking for an HVAC guy this is your guy!
