Pendergrass Family Shoe Repair is known for their excellent shoe repair services and kind staff. Customers appreciate the quality of work done on their shoes, often noting the reasonable prices. They have repaired shoes with arch support pads that last many years, fixed a pocketbook zipper, and provided quick service with shoes ready as soon as customers arrive. The shop is family-owned and locally operated, with owner and staff who are friendly and welcoming. Some customers have mentioned a strong chemical smell upon entering, which may be a concern. Overall, Pendergrass is a good choice for those looking to extend the life of their favorite shoes and enjoy a friendly, personal experience.
My wife dropped off my daily-wear boots and asked for them to be polished and cleaned-up. They needed more work than a polish, but I figure a quick polish on them would be good enough. When Pendergrass returned them, they were polished, the insoles glued back down where they had been peeling up before, the heels replaced, and the soles fixed up. Will absolutely be taking any shoes to them for future repair.
Pendergrass Family shoe repair got recommendedbto us by our friend over at the Cowboy Way in Gatlinburg. I scuffed up my new capybara boots and the fine folks at pendergrass where able to help us out on the spot making them look brand new again. They also give great advice on taking care of your exotic leather boots. Highly recommend this place!
I’m posting this review as a first time customer that hasn’t even gotten my rig back - literally just dropped it off today.
But my review is based on the immediate care and interest I experienced in what I needed done for a hunting chest rig.
Teddy asked all the right questions about intended use, my immediate goals with the rig, and quickly came up with a SOLID solution for how to achieve those goals.
I know the alterations and stitching will be done well, I have no doubt about that.
But I just wanted to show my appreciation for this business, its people, and how I was treated right as I walked through the door.
Thank you all for being great to work with!
