We can’t say enough good things about Pillar Primary Care. Our whole family sees Dr. McColl and Marci (and I also hear phenomenal things about Dr. Howell from friends who see him). My husband joined the practice first, I joined shortly after, and about a year ago we signed up all three of our kids as well.
The care we receive is truly different from the typical medical experience. Appointments never feel rushed, and we always get dedicated, face-to-face time where we feel heard, valued, and cared for. Scheduling is quick and easy, which is invaluable with a busy family.

Pillar was a Godsend to me when I had no health insurance and the membership was in my budget! Years later I have health insurance and I REFUSE to go anywhere else! They manage all of my health concerns and know when and if you need to be referred!
Dr. McColl always answers almost immediately even on a Friday after hours! Marci is also awesome answers your questions and makes every visit personable and convenient Kari and Marga are super amazing as well!

Took my daughter for ear piercing for her 3rd birthday and had a wonderful experience. The front desk gals were so beyond sweet to my kids. The physician explained the entire procedure to my daughter, let her pick out the earring color and made the process not feel stressful at all. We were also not rushed. I have worked in multiple physician offices and this one had a very open/friendly atmosphere and design. The office was also SPOTLESS. Would 100% recommend for ear piercing.
