I brought in a leather tool belt that was too big for me, they were able to shorten it and remove the excess and now it fits perfect! Great turn around too!

I started to send my boots back to Lucchese, but for $350 that was a bit too steep. I decided to take the boots to Pendergrass Family Shoe Repair, and I am so happy I did! They didn’t disappoint! I wasn’t sure they could re-sole the boots because of the boots being 20 years old. Knowing how much these boots meant to me, they took great care! I will go back to Pendergrass, over and over again. Thank you so much, Pendergrass!

Not really upset but I dropped my shoes off, waited 50 days, then came back and picked them up and they weren’t done. Was told 2-3 weeks and the event I needed them for passed last weekend.
The most valuable resource on this earth is your time. And unfortunately I wasted mine here.

I really don’t give low reviews but this store just did not give good service. They hand wrote our order in a massive book and told u# we would get a call. One month later with no call we get the shoes back. Mine was a lovely Robert Zur shoe that needed restiching. Instead they took the broken leather strip and glued it in a lump. I asked that in insole be reglued as well and it came back with a folded seam in it. I just threw the shoe out because there was no fixing what they did. I paid almost $400 for those shoes and wanted to keep them a long time.

The rudest lady I've ever spoken on the phone with. As much as it hurts my heart to write this type of review especially about a family owned business, I wouldn't feel right NOT leaving a review about our terrible experience. My sister dropped off shoes to get worked on and came back crying from how rude she was to her in front of other customers, saying she doesn't have time to work more on her shoes. Even if you are overwhelmed, you should treat everyone with respect. Called to tell her that I did not appreciate the way my sister was spoken to and she yelled at me saying she was not rude and hung up the phone on me. Do not recommend to anyone.
