I had used Payless Optical years ago but moved and had not been back. Big mistake on my part for several years! Mark was awesome as always and I got 2 pair for basically the price of one! They always have a great selection of good quality and attractive frames and do top-notch work making the lenses. The customer service and attention to detail cannot be matched! In my case, he noticed a discrepancy from my current RX to my new one, called the optometrist, who had indeed made a mistake on my new RX! I’m so glad I decided to use Payless Optical again. After doing a LOT of online research, I decided to visit Payless Optical because of the stellar reviews. I ended up buying a new pair of glasses and upgrading to better quality lenses. Not only is the level of quality higher, but the price was lower. That’s something you don’t find often these days. Mark spent a great deal of time making sure my new frames fit exactly as I wanted them to. I can’t recommend Payless Optical highly enough! This will be my go-to optical store from now on.
