The team at Optimal Health Northside are the best! Dr. Means takes the time to listen and really cares about his patients. Dan and Van are both great and knowledgeable on the physical therapy side. The entire staff is always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend for any chiropractic care and physical therapy.

I’ve had problems with my neck and shoulders for years and get headaches. Since going to optimal health regularly, my headaches are much less frequent. Dan and Van keep my muscles less tight and Dr Means keeps me in line with regular adjustments. I receive great care from John, Austin and Audrey also. Optimal health has a great team that takes care of me and my family.

I have been going there for a few years. Dr Means is an exceptional doctor and knows what the right treatment is for all his patients. Lindsey, Emily and Jessica in the medical side are very caring and know how to treat the patients. The guys physcal therapy are great guys. Lori and Candice are great at the front desk and make you feel comfortable when you walk in and greet you with a smile!
