The A/C stopped working yesterday. 100degrees. I was able to call today and Annette sent Brian over within the hr. He found a faulty 5 mo old compressor and was genuinely concerned we would be without A/C for the 4th of July wknd with forecast of 100degree temps. He was able to get a complete new heat pump assy brought an hr from Knoxville and have it working by 5:30pm. We are pleasantly surprised a company acted so quickly and we are grateful. Both techs were very knowledgeable and good guys.
My name is Hank Hamilton with HAMILTONS MECHANICAL SERVICES. I had a warranty compressor to ground out to hot and instead of receiving the warranty compressor, they gave me a whole condenser which made my job much easier.

Called Northgate about an issue with an air handler. These folks went above and beyond. Everyone I spoke with was extremely courteous and professional- a rarity these days.
Additionally they scheduled a next day appointment and resolved the issue (which included a major parts replacement) in less than two hours.
When I asked the technician (Brian) about another concern with my system (that I had not spoken with anyone else about) he answered my questions completely and offered a solution. He even had the parts on his truck to upgrade the outside unit and It completely resolved the issue.
