I've used NerdsToGo several times to repair and upgrade my business laptops. Don and the staff have always been very friendly, and they have always gone above and beyond with their exceptional customer service. They do excellent and timely work and they have always taken the time to answer my tech questions and explain things to me in great detail. Lastly, it is also nice to actually feel welcomed when I enter a business, which is becoming more and more rare these days. I couldn't recommend them more for all your computer repair and upgrade needs.

In searching for some help I came across this local site and called around 9:00am. Susan was very helpful and listened to my issue. They were able to have Josh at my place for a 1:00pm appt. that day(he was right on time). Josh was great and answered all my questions & didn't rush to get out. I will be using them in the future for any IT help I may need. It was great to receive this kind of service in such a timely manner.

We had an excellent experience with Nerds to Go. First of all they returned my call the same day, came to my home (over 1 hour away) two days later. Don was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He did what Best Buy Geek Squad couldn't. We highly recommend.
