I dropped off two computers, one of which was more urgent than the other. From the start, they were fantastic. When I first called, they took the time to walk me through possible fixes over the phone so I could try to resolve it myself. When that didn’t work, I brought both computers in.
Everything was completed exactly when they said it would be, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had my computer back when I needed it. That level of service is hard to find these days, and I truly appreciate it.

I picked them out of a google search because they appeared to be a small, locally owned franchise that I thought might give good service. Their reviews persuaded me to give them a try. I was very pleased with their service, expertise, and quick turnaround. They resolved several problems on my laptop and were professional and courteous throughout the process. I was very pleased and found the price to be reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.
