IV been to this salon a few times now and it always exceeds my expectations. First of all the chairs they wash your hair in are to die for! The way they completely lay down really elevates the experience. Very clean and easy to schedule/ reschedule. They have informed me of extras but I don't feel pressure on any products or services. Iv been seeing Ashley and she's been amazing so far!
I just moved to Knoxville and was really hoping to find someone I could trust to do my hair at a reasonable price. Based on the reviews and the location I tried Natural Alternatives in Cedar Bluff and I was blown away! Rae was exceptional, so kind and detailed. She talked to me and asked me about my hair, what I wanted for it, and how I usually treat it, and agreed with and understood all of my ideas for my appointment. She never questioned me, which made me feel so confident in her ability to do what I was asking for. Kasey is absolutely wonderful. She has been my colorist and stylist for 2+ years and I am thrilled with my results E V E R Y time! Whether I verbally describe what I want or show her a photo, she nails it. Added bonus are the Aveda essential oil scalp/neck massage and the shampoo chairs (you’re elevated and lying completely flat - soooo comfy). I can’t recommend Kasey and Natural Alternatives enough! She and the staff really provide a friendly, calming, and elevated experience.
