Lots of barber shops in my neighborhood to choose from, but Everybody at this shop is always really nice to the customers. I see Lisa who does a great job. She takes her time and seems to take pride in her work. I'm glad I found her

I took my son to get his hair cut by Jazz. He did an amazing job!. My son & I are very pleased with his cut & Jazz's service.. Jazz was able to fit us in unexpectedly & without a problem. Very quick but thorough. Highly recommend!

I don't know who the brunette woman is, but she is extremely rude and is known to snap at employees who work at the surrounding businesses.

We were very disappointed in this barber shop. We walked in and there was nobody in the shop. The stylist at the register looked at us, immediately turned his back, and started fussing with stuff in a drawer for like 5 minutes, ignoring us while we stood there. Finally he said hello (rudely) and asked what we wanted. My son told him what he wanted and the stylist cut his hair. After cutting my son's hair, my son said he wanted the back shorter. The stylist said that it would cost us another $28 for a new haircut because the current haircut was finished. There was nobody else in the shop waiting, but he wouldn't accommodate us. The haircut was bad and the staff was rude. Never going back.

Too expensive for a cut. Super rude, and practically made it fun of me to my face. Didn’t do what I asked for and botched my hair. He cut way too much off and yanked my hair so hard I can feel it leaving my skull. Shaved a random part of my head to the skin that I didn’t even ask for. Might as well go to great clips. Guy should be fired. The kid with scissors would’ve done better.

Phil always does an AMAZING job! I've been let down by so many different barbers in the past and left disappointed. Over the last year I keep coming back because he is consistent, friendly, and cares about the end result. I'm grateful he was the first and only barber I visited in Knoxville and I plan for it stay that way. I can't recommend his services enough!
