Mind Body Optimization - Knoxville

I see two practitioners through MBO. They have both helped me immensely and with grace and gratitude. I don’t know if names are allowed but Erika and Jacob are wonderful humans and I feel safe with them. They really do keep me on track towards my best self.

BMO is great in every aspect from the administrative staff to my therapist Laura, and my nurse practitioner Erika. They all take great care of me and my mental health has improved drastically since starting with them almost a year ago. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Dr. Strobel is a true testament to how a Dr. should be and is, as I was on a sure path to destruction and an unknown future, I had given up on doctors because doctors actually gave up on me, so I was optimistic going in to talk with him and then I realized what a compassionate and understanding person Dr Strobel is. He took the time to listen to everything I had to say and was very pleasant to talk to and made you feel welcome without judgement.
