Had a wonderful experience with this company. Had to replace our countertops this week and they came out to disconnect and then reconnect after the countertops were installed. Richard our plumber was very efficient and knowledgeable in his profession. His thirty year career really showed!

This company was recommended by a neighbor. I called at 8:01 AM when they opened to tell them I had no hot water and needed a plumber. Within 3 hours I had a new installed hot water heater! I had expected to wait a day or two but was thrilled they could come right out. (I live just a few miles from them, but I don’t think that accounted for the quick service.) Woody, the one who came out, was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He didn’t seem to mind my hanging around (but not in his way) and asking questions, because I like to know how things work. My experience with McRae was fantastic. The initial meeting was promptly scheduled upon calling. Joe completed an on-site assessment of the requested projects and provided an immediate estimate. Caleb and Wes completed the work with respectfulness, diligence, and efficiency. Everyone was very professional and the cost was reasonable. They were recommended to me and I would do the same.
