We had a leak around our chimney that led to roof damage under the shingles. Cody came out and inspected everything and explained what needed to be done and how to bring everything up to code. We ask for 2 quotes, one for just the repair and one for an entire roof replacement. Both quotes were very honest, and in line with what we were expecting. What made them stand out is the fact that Cody told us that our roof still had about 10 years left on it and suggested to repair versus replace. Everson and Jonathan did a great job. Communication was very good as the small roof and gutter repair I had done was accomplished. I had several bids that would not do this small of a job. Thank you guys.
I had a roofing issue this past year that required nothing more than a replacement boot on my roof. McGuire roofing was quick to come out and find the problem and give us an estimate. They didn’t try to sell us a new roof or anything we didn’t need. They came and fixed it and we haven’t had a problem since.
