A friend highly recommended that I go to Data Tech II and talk to Michael about buying a laptop. He was great, very knowledgeable and well worth the drive from west Knoxville. Much better price than the box stores and way better service. Thank you

Was visiting my cousin in Knoxville, Tennessee when my computer died ?. Upon my cousins recommendation, I took it to Michael at Data Tech 11. WHAT A LIFESAVER!! Although my hard drive was almost inoperable, he was able to copy my important files to a new computer he had in stock for sale and set it up for me. Throughout the process, he kept me updated, was very patient and explanatory to my questions. He also told me that for a very reasonable fee, he could "remote in" to my new computer for diagnostic purposes. All in all, Michael and his assistant were VERY helpful at a VERY reasonable price!! Thank you, Michael!
