Wow! What an awesome company now (Strada Air Conditioning and Heating). They came to our appointment on time, Ronnie had the problem resolved in less than 30 minutes and was very resourceful and thorough in troubleshooting and fixing our A/C issue. Turned out not to be mechanical but rather a condensation broken pipe issue. They are very honest and do not over charge you for their services. I will be using them for all of our HVAC needs in the future. - Happy Karns household with cold air again!
I just switched from John Coleman as I was unhappy with their service. I had my winter checkup of my systems today with Jeff and Ronnie. Very friendly. professional and quick. GPS tracker was nice as I was able to just get home 10 minutes before their arrival.
Overall the experience could not have been better.
What an impressive operation. Prompt, professional and quality. 6 people were here to install my entire system and they didn't leave until it was done. Sent the foreman out the day prior to make sure they were prepared and then he also inspected the job the following day after it was complete. They put my system in when it was 30* outside. And most importantly, they were all good people starting with the sales rep Mike who was honest and trustworthy. Can't recommend them enough.
