Karns Mechanical Services has been my go-to HVAC company for 8~9 years. My first contact with them was on an Easter Sunday. The A/C failed on a very warm weekend. My son was visiting and I really needed to get something done ASAP. Mr. Jenkins came out the same day and added coolant to the unit, providing us with immediate relief. Karns is a family owned and operated business. They are honest, reliable, hard-working, affordable, and very personable, too. They eventually installed a new system and have kept it running with regular preventive maintenance visits.
