Very unorganized company that doesn’t keep their word.
2 different purchases with issues. First started approx 1.5 years ago. I put my first animal on the fence and had issues getting consistent scheduling for them to come out for the training or they would not show up for the training and so I was going to cancel, but the end was told they were under new management and that manager worked everything out and took care of my animal Didn’t have any issues from there so when I added a second animal to my house I knew I had to put them on the fence as well First one calling, got three different prices from three different agents when I finally made the purchase was told they could schedule that someone would reach out to me When they finally reached out, the first training was a month and a half out But magically when I wanted to cancel the purchase They had something for the following week. Trainer came out for the first session and I also have the dog door So I had them put the new dog on the dog door as well. Well, when they done that they canceled my original dog off of the dog door who still lives there. Called them and they were like I will fix it next training session just to leave it on open for now. Second training sessions around everything was once again fine, except for my dog kept getting the collar off because the collar was defective Come time for the third training session the company no called no-show When tried reaching out to them was told oh we don’t know where the tech is. We don’t track them about four hours after time for the session. They reach out asking if they can still come out that day. Like absolutely not I have done wasted my whole day waiting on you so when the time for the training to be was, I went on about my day. I have repeatedly tried canceling because it’s just not worth the headache and I’m getting the runaround I have been told that someone would reach out to come pick up the item here we are 3 1/2 four weeks since I was told that and still no body has reached out When I called them about it, they stated that they had reached out and that I responded to them, which is also untrue I have also been told that my refund was issued on November 14, which has still not been deposited into my account
Save yourself a headache and avoid this place like the plague. The product itself is decent, but the customer service and training is a complete and utter failure

We’ve had several hiccups with this organization. A part was not originally ordered correctly. The time frame they give for when the dog training will take place takes five hours of your day, for three sessions where you have to be available.
The sessions themselves are timely and informative. Their trainers are smart and the product is high tech. It’s unclear if they are consistent with their pricing. I felt confused when our neighbors said they had gotten a different price yet they may be due to a promotion. I also am confused about how the batteries will be replaced; maybe they store our credit card information.
We need this for our dog, and we’re hoping it will be worth it, yet the process has been painful.

I loved how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. They were absolutely amazing when they worked with my dog to train him. The fence was installed without any issues, and I’m very happy with my experience while dealing with this company. I would recommend them highly to anyone who wants to keep their pet safe , but maybe doesn’t want to spend money putting up a traditional fence.

I cannot commend invisible fence brand more! I had the fences installed around 2017 I believe at my company business and my home. My dogs have not once escaped, I had cut the line on accident one day and they came out at their availability and fixed it no problem. Other than that, the fences have always stayed on and working. I wished I had done the fences earlier than I did for my dogs.

Very good company to deal with. Every person I dealt with was super nice and knowledgeable. Underground fence works great for my dogs. They have 4 acres to play now. Great job and great people.
