Jimmy and his team were incredible to work with! From the start, Jimmy went above and beyond. He noticed we had missing ridge caps. He replaced them before we even signed the contract! That is service you just don’t see much anymore. Once the project started, you could tell that the roof was going to be completely impenetrable from rain and snow. The team ensured every area was completely sealed. After multiple roof leaks, that’s what we wanted. Once the roof was completely installed, we were completely floored by how incredible it looked. The house looked like a brand new home! If anyone is needing to replace their roof, I cannot recommend Innovative enough. You will not be disappointed! To Jimmy and his team, thank you so very much!

Did a lot of research for roof replacement around the area and found nothing but excellent reviews for Innovative Roofing and Siding Inc. They use quality materials that have good warranties and guarantee their work as well. To top it off, their quote for a new roof was quite a bit under everyone else. Also, cant say enough about the work ethic I witnessed and their on site manager Jimmy Garland is the best. He walked me through the process and readily answered any questions. Definitely recommend them

We had a very unusual leak in the wall and under our house, were unsure if it was caused by plumbing – or came through roof or siding. Water meter showed no activity, and there have been a few storms. Jimmy came out to help investigate, examined both the roof and siding and found no evidence that the water could be coming through either one. And even after he felt that all was pointing to plumbing, he stuck around for some time to try to support that theory. And before he left, he asked to let him know what we find. This tells us that: a) Jimmy genuinely likes to help people and b) he is curious and wants to get to the bottom of things. Both of those are fantastic traits in a contractor! So even though we didn’t end up hiring this company, he instilled a lot of confidence and goodwill. And we can honestly recommend them, simply based on that.
