Amazing service! All the workers are so nice and personable they know how to tell you like it is and don’t try and sell you something you don’t need. They are very considerate of your space in and outside the home, and they were very helpful and explained what they were doing very clearly.
Jason did a great job for us a few years ago, so we called Hometown Air again when we had a problem this week. Ian and Manny came out. They got the HVAC unit working, but discovered it wasn't working properly (it would have wasted a lot of energy and money to keep doing what it was doing). They looked patiently for the cause using different thermostats and several different combinations of wiring until they discovered a faulty wire and found a way to fix it without costing us a lot of money. Our family has heat again! Thanks!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. HometownAIR is truly one of a kind. From top to bottom, they operate with unmatched integrity, knowledge, and care. Every person on their team goes above and beyond not just to fix the problem, but to make you feel seen, heard, and cared for. We haven’t had the pleasure of meeting every team member, but I think the few we did get the chance of working with at our house likely speaks for the rest of the company.
