had an appointment within 1 day of calling. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything that was going on with my system as well as the process involved in fixing the problem.
Mike and Andy have serviced my HVAC for many years and it's nice to see a company that maintains their employees. They are always professional and honest, and, they have always charged a fair price, even through inflation. I'm glad I've got to know these guys and I hope our relationship continues.
I was really thankful to have Henshaw’s assigned to me through my warranty company (it’s always so hit or miss). I knew instantly it was a company I wanted to stick with. I referred them to my mom who usually uses another company and she ended up having a great experience with Henshaw as well! They just replaced her AC unit. I am in no way benefiting from or exaggerating this review, I genuinely am impressed with these guys!
