My Gracie is 18 years old and Tate is going on 13years. The whole staff at HVAH are wonderful. They have seen to their health needs for well over 8 years and I couldn't ask for better care for either one of them. Whenever I've needed appointments for whatever the reason they always are so thoughtful and helpful and caring in all aspects of their care.
This place was great! The doctors were so personable and great with my dog Sweet Pea. They took time to explain what to do on a recurring basis, for me as a first time solo dog owner, in a way that I could understand. Definitely our primary doctors moving forward.
Our entire experience was top tier. From the front desk to the vet tech to Dr. Ledford, every staff person went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I have a boxer mix with high anxiety and by mid-appointment she was actually wagging her tail. The fear free environment really did make a difference. We’ve found our Knoxville veterinary clinic!
