I have had a tough time for over 10 years finding a hair stylist that specializes in red. He knocked it out of the park. Brett has an amazing personality. I am deaf/HOH and obviously had to take my hearing aids out. He was super considerate and made sure to tap me to get my attention and spoke into the mirror without making a big deal out of it. “You know what I find funny? All these comments lying about being disrespected here at this shop. Also the one of the lady who has a mixed child and Mariam or any of the nice ladies here talking about your mixed child. That's a lie. I am a white woman, I just got my hair corn rowed and box braids in the back. I have a mixed daughter named Aaliyah. My daughter loves these ladies! They are so sweet to us, she even let my daughter, who is 8 and can not braid "help her" braid my hair. Her braids are always tight and look flawless. If anyone has ever had a problem with a hair style or as that woman said about the crochet, something has fallen out Mariam always works to fix it. If you don't like something, don't wait open your mouth right away! If the braids are to tight, for some of you tender headed folks. Tell her, she will try to make them looser. To the lady that said mariam and another girl were talking about you in French. She is from Africa, please learn that if you are going to lie you need to know what language they speak. Now, I have been at this here coming for over a year. They have done my hair and my mixed daughter's hair and it has look great every time! So thank you Mariam for always being so kind and doing such a wonderful job!“

“Loved Wendy, her business model and her lovely salon. It was the first time I actually had fun at a hair salon. I rarely get my hair done professionally because I never feel listened to by the stylist. I think Wendy must have spent over 30 minutes just listening to what I wanted, what I liked, and what I disliked. She then got to know my hair and offered well-accepted suggestions. Once completed I loved my hair! She also inquires exactly how much time you would like between visits so she can customize what products and procedures would work best with your preferred timeline. She offers handmade green smoothies, coffee, water and a fruit & nut grazing bar with items like dried dates, cranberries, mixed berries, a variety of nuts, etc. I WILL return to see Wendy and booked my next appointment before I left. She is not inexpensive but ad they say “you get what you pay for.” I love her niche of maybe charging just a tad more but it’s definitely worth it for the person touch and the hours she invests on you. I left happy, with beautiful hair, and feeling like I even made a friend. Thank you Wendy!“
