My go to stylist left her job, so I tried this location for the first time. When the stylist was done I was a little disappointed. However, and this is a huge however the next day after shampoo and getting ready for work,I was very happy. In terms of the business, they have an UPCHARGE for shampoo... l guess I'm just old enough to remember when that was just part of the process.
Absolutely love the way my hair turned out!! Kysondra did my hair, she was so sweet and actually communicated with me throughout to make sure she was doing what I wanted. I didn't catch the name of the blue haired lady but she was rude to whoever was in her chair. Saying I can't understand ur accent which was super uncalled for.
Wait time was minimal using online check in. Cut was good. Only one issue it seems like every time I get a cut the next week you run your 8.99 cuts. You should do some kind of promotion for people that this happens to. Or a better discount on senior cuts.
