I checked in online and it showed a one minute wait but when I arrived 5 minutes later I had to wait approximately 20 minutes. Not blaming the store as I understand that people just walk up but as I was waiting, several people mentioned that they had also seen one minute on the online check in. It was a good haircut but just not great. I will probably seek other options for my next haircut.

Use the app to set your place in line there because usually there is a short wait but with the app you know when to arrive and be taken care of. Friendly staff and they cut men and women's hair at very reasonable price versus the other salons.

Easy to check in online. Got to the salon and had only a 5 min wait. I have a very simple haircut that only takes a few mins so in and out in about 10 mins. Stylists are always nice and the salon is clean.
