Gent Heating and Cooling provides heating and air conditioning for residential and commercial clients. Quick response and appointment time. Installation went smoothly and for a great price. Friendly and respectful staff. They put things back in place and cleaned up areas after installation. Reliable, efficient, and polite. Work done efficiently with no pressure. Office staff are very polite. Everything was done well and communication was excellent. Repair price explained and work not started until price was approved. The owner came and measured all rooms. He was very nice and professional. He gave a fair price and had the unit installed quickly. The installation team worked very hard and were very professional. They considered themselves a family. Gent Heating and Cooling is the real deal. They have installed and serviced many systems for clients and business associates. First class all the way around and set the bar very high for other businesses to follow. Thoroughly recommended services.
I can't say enough good things about Gent Heating & Cooling! From the first phone call to the completed installation, the entire experience was professional, honest, and stress-free. Their office staff kept me informed throughout the process, and the technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and treated my home with respect.
