When it comes to a service company like General Air, they are a bunch of Stand-up guys. not pushy, but give honest advice. I have used them for several years and had two units replaced. Donnie, the owner is a true blue gentleman as well as his son Doug are the best. response time is incredible if an when you ever need them. Very professional group, you won't be disappointed.

Donny Kirk and company put my original units in when we built our house almost 15 years ago. The main unit finally needed to be replaced and he, along with his son Doug and his men were all very professional and super timely. Can't recommend them enough!
