Fountain City Smiles is the perfect dentist office where you feel at ease and in good hands. The staff is kind, professional, and provides advanced testing. The hygienist Rachel is knowledgeable, sweet, and thorough, leaving your teeth feeling fantastic. Dr. Pital is awesome, and the front desk girls are friendly. A great, clean office that is the real deal for your dental needs.
As a first-time patient, I only have experience with the hygienist, Tricia, who was very professional, thorough, and personable. I did meet Dr. Capwell, who seemed kind and friendly, but I cannot speak to her expertise as a dentist at this time. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. All in all, a positive experience!
I have been going to Dr Patel since he has taken over the Sowder dentistry. I am very pleased with all of his awesome work on my teeth and his professionalism. Very diligent in getting it right the first time. I am also very pleased with Trish and Marissa in keeping my teeth cleaned. Everyone at this office are awesome !!
I had a new hygienist named Marissa. She was fantastic. The hygienist I used to see moved on to work in surgical dental.
I am one who gags easily especially with
X-rays. Marisa was gentle and quick and I did fine with the X-rays. She also did a little happy dance when I didn’t gag. (Sounds like something I’d do). I was very comfortable with her. I give this business an A+.
