I want to say youlonda was very nice and she tried to help but like i told her on the phone no one ever want to help us that why i say banks and loan companys are crooks they say they will help you but people who try pay there bills and want to better there finance no one will help you that i say i pay bills and not ask another place to ever help us cause no one in this world want help aperson who is honest and hard works but the people that dont work or pay there bill they will help but no rich person will ever have sturggle cause make but fine i just to say that the woman i talk to was try to help us
These ladies are amazing!! They take the time to make sure you understand every aspect of your contract terms, and their customer service is unmatched!! Stop by and see these wonderful ladies!!
I have been with this company for a few years, 2 different branches, with both locations I have had excellent experiences
They always take there time to make sure that I understand my options ( in the situation)
In my opinion good service is a 2 way street
Being upfront and honest, respectful to the person you are on the phone with/ or in person with, you will get the same response.
However in the field they are in sometimes they need to be stern, because of bill collection. But if you are paying your bill on time, then that should not be a problem.
Personally if I know that I am going to be late beyond my 5 day grace period, I call ahead and tell them...read full review
